Nevis CBR Advocates Summer Camp

Last Updated on September 16, 2023

The Nevis Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Advocates recently hosted an empowerment Summer Camp for individuals living with disabilities. The camp, held at Cotton Ground Community Centre in Nevis, brought together a diverse group of participants, fostering a sense of community, support, and growth.

Throughout the camp, attendees engaged in a range of activities designed to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From interactive workshops to recreational outings, every moment was an opportunity for learning, laughter, and building meaningful connections.

In addition to the enriching activities, the camp offered a supportive environment where individuals could openly discuss challenges they face, exchange valuable insights, and learn from one another’s experiences. This sense of community is what makes events like these truly special.

If you missed the Summer Camp or simply want to relive its highlights, we invite you to watch the video above. Join us in celebrating the incredible achievements and indomitable spirit of the participants. Their stories inspire us all.
